We design security and staff it. We do not run a round-the-clock operations centre, and where that is what you need we will say so and help you choose one.
We will not fixed-price a scope you cannot describe.
Where the estate is not understood, we sell the discovery first and price the rest when it is honest to do so.
Sometimes the answer is to buy nothing.
A material part of what we find is systems to retire and contracts to consolidate. That advice is worth paying for too.

We scope whether the platform is the right answer before anybody buys it. If it is not, that is what we will tell you — the advice is priced separately from the implementation for exactly that reason.
